Rocky is a great school. In our district this year 2 of the 4 seniors with perfect ACT scores were lobos. Honestly, I don't know what that parent was talking about, there is really not that much drug use at out school. I mean, it is a high school and some students try that stuff, but that happens at any high school. I think it is funny that people dislike having to find teachers to get help. I think it is really benificial, because out professors in college wont track us down. The thing I will warn of is that our schedule can be rigurious, but that is only if you don't pay attention to what classes you sign up for. Over all, I love my school. My mom has been thinking about moving nearer to Pouder High School, and I refuse to even consider moving. No way, once a Lobo, always a Lobo!

I am a student at RMHS and i love it! They have amazing teachers and students. They are lacking a bit though. They lack teacher assistance which is needed for many students. They will help you if you need help but you have to find the teachers, they don't find you. Overall, I highly recommend RMHS for you or your kids.

I go to Rocky, and its the bomb. The best thing is that clicks arnt even a thing here. We have so many oppritunities for you to be who you are, and we do a ton of school chariety work too. Its such a great learning envoroment, and I'm so proud to be a Lobo. You really don't need to fit a mold, because we don't have one.

I am a Junior at RMHS, my freshman year, I was clinically depressed and ended my first semester with a 1.9 GPA. I am appalled upon finding this site that negative reviews have been given to Rocky. Many of my teachers, and even random students went well out their way to show love and to show support for me. While yes, there are many opportunities for AP classes and the school is geared towards school spirit. Who isn't? It's not to say the school "Higher Authority" ONLY cares about them, if you fall behind you are not indefinitely "screwed". Since my freshman year I have been an All-A Student. I love being able to show off my 3.75+ GPA. I could not have been able to make the recovery from being a bad student if it were not for the love and care that the staff, the students, and the community gave me. Then again, you can never really base your opinions off of one review. Guess you'll have to just come see for yourself. Rocky is one place I will never regret experiencing.

Not really the best school in the world, teachers aren't very helpful and if you fall behind you are pretty much screwed.

I went to Rocky and couldn't have asked for a better experience. There were some bad seeds who tried to start fights and stuff, but fortunately, they usually got shipped out pretty quickly. The quality of education I received at Rocky is second to very few.

i went to rocky for the first semster of my freshman year and hated it. the teachers arent very helpful. the higher authority staff cares only of the students who devote their life to representing rocky. Jocks, cheerleaders, school spirit kind of people. they kicked me out a week before the first semester was over. their explanation was at first grades. then attendance. theyneglected to tell me of my transfering to PTC. i learned of the transfer from my father who says they e-mailed him and called him. again they didnt tell me anything about it.

I am the parent of a student that went to Rocky in 2009. The school seemed good for kids who fit the mold, lots of AP and other opportunities. However, my daughter had some behavioral issues. There was little to no help for us, and instead of working with us on possibly getting her an IEP, they pushed her off to PTC. We are now at Centennial and love it.

I currently atten Rocky Mountain High School and i hate it. I think there are better schools. You need to be in an almost perfect emotional state in order to attend this school, because they don't care about your problems. If I knew what my first year at Rocky would be like, I never would have chosen this school.

I am a former student of Rocky Mountain High, and currently attend a state university. After speaking with other people my age about high school, I realized that I was extremely lucky to attend such a great school. During my time there, we had an open and welcoming community, very few cliques, little to no gang activity, and were rated top in the state in areas of music, athletics, art, forensics, and academics. I strongly feel that Rocky is the best high school around.

I go to Rocky Mountain High, I'm currently a Junior there, and I have always been happy with this school, no matter what. I love it! And Mr. Lopez is the best.
